You may return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags and packaging must be intact.
• Certain items like innerwear or sale products may not be eligible for return (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability.
